What is asbestos encapsulation?

Asbestos encapsulation involves applying a special sealant which stops fibres from being released. As this process can only be carried out on asbestos which is stable, we’ll need to carry out a survey so that we can tell you if we can encapsulate it or if we’ll need to remove it altogether.
