What is asbestos encapsulation?

Asbestos encapsulation involves applying a special sealant which stops fibres from being released. As this process can only be carried out on asbestos which is stable, we’ll need to carry out a survey so that we can tell you if we can encapsulate it or if we’ll need to remove it altogether. In some instances, removal may be the best long term solution, however we will discuss all available options with you.
